In the first quarter of 2021, the personal finance category saw varied performance among the top apps on the Android platform in France. Sensor Tower's data provides us with a glimpse into the download trends and weekly active users for these budgeting and planning tools.

Paylib, le paiement mobile experienced a fluctuating download trend, starting with approximately 21K downloads in the last week of December 2020 and peaking at roughly 16K by the end of March 2021. Weekly active users showed a slight decline initially from around 29K to 19K in January, but recovered to approximately 25K by the end of March.

Bankin' showed a strong start in January with over 15K downloads in the first week, followed by a decline and a subsequent rebound to around 13K downloads by March end. Revenue for Bankin' varied, with a notable peak of nearly $8K in early February. Active users started at a high of approximately 179K but saw a decrease to around 133K by late March.

For Tricount - Split group bills, downloads saw a sharp decrease from about 23K at the end of December to just under 4K by the end of March. Revenue remained relatively low, ranging from $200 to $300 weekly, while active users decreased from around 77K to 40K over the quarter.

The Budget planner—Expense tracker had a modest performance in downloads, starting at 3K and dipping to just over 1K by quarter's end. Revenue saw mild fluctuations, peaking at $477 in early March. Weekly active users showed a slight decline from 14K to around 12K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Money manager & expenses had no reported revenue but saw downloads starting at 921 and peaking at nearly 1.7K by late March. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from 2.5K to 6.5K in the same period.
